ICS has been working in the Investment Casting Industry for over 40 years producing both tooling and plastic components.
ICS design and manufacture Core and Wax Tooling for the most demanding of industry sectors in both Aerospace and Industrial Power Generation, including:

- CNC Fixtures and CMM Fixtures
- Wax pattern dies, runner bar dies, chill dies
- Wax reformers as well as jigs and fixtures for CNC cutting and inspection.

From our own highly-automated mould shop we bring extensive knowledge of the operation and maintenance of tooling which is fed back into the tool design and manufacture.
With our large CNC mills, we are able to produce very large dies for the land-based gas turbine sector.
ICS Plastic Components and Wax Mouldings
ICS also manufactures a range of plastic components such as single crystal starter helix, chaplets and ancillary wax mouldings as well as customer designed plastic components, these components help our customers manufacturing process with assured quality and very short lead times.
